Bahar, a gripping drama produced by MF Production, explores the unraveling of a seemingly perfect family when Bahar (Demet Evgar) confronts a life-threatening illness. Cemre, who discovers that Evren's fainting had a mysterious cause, causes a major crisis in the hospital, while Bahar, who steps in for him when he fainted during the surgery, attempts to stem the bleeding. As reporters assemble in front of the hospital, the occurrence swiftly becomes reflected in public perception. Timur devises a plan to salvage the situation because he is committed to preserving the hospital's reputation. However, despite being prohibited from seeing one another following the accident, Umay and Cem's closeness endures. Both of them are alarmed by Timur and Efsun's perilous intimacy, but Rengin's misgivings grow. 

Everyone's hearts are in their mouths after Umay and Cem's accident, but Bahar and Timur finally meet. Timur holds Evren responsible for everything, endangering the friendship between Cem and Umay. Aziz Uras and Seren's deteriorating relationship is significantly impacted by the hospital's arrival of a remarkable case. Umay's custody case takes a different turn when a last-minute surprise witness shows up. Bahar is in a difficult situation after having a dangerous surgery with Evren, while Timur and Efsun, who are attempting to avoid each other due to Rengin's suspicion, wind up at a standstill.
